Personnel Services provide a comprehensive support service to the District of Easington Council, providing a full range of professional Personnel / Human Resource Management, Payroll and Health & Safety services.
The Department also provides professional services to other organisations, and do so successfully for a number of Parish Council and associated organisations at very competitive rates.

Personnel Services add value to the organisation by creating, implementing and managing effective employment Policies & Procedures . Perhaps a clear indicator of this can be seen in the work undertaken to improve employee attendance levels, reducing employee absence rates significantly since 2004. Easington is now one of the best regional performers.
