This service operates Monday to Friday and collections can be made up to five times per week.

Contact Envirocall to arrange for a contract to be sent to you for signature.

What happens next?

Collections will start once the signed contract is received.

Charges are determined by the number and size of containers required together with the frequency of collection.

How should my waste be stored?

• ensure that trade refuse containers are of adequate capacity
• set aside enough storage space either inside the building or in an enclosed area outside, but do not block fire exits
• store in a sheltered place to avoid spillage and exposure to wind
• keep waste containers secure from theft, vandalism, animals or scavengers
• to prevent spillage or refuse bags splitting, put refuse out as near as possible to the time of collection
• refuse containers should be put back in your premises immediately they have been emptied to avoid unsightliness and danger to pedestrians
