Residents of the district can take advantage of the free dog chipping service for their pets by attending one of our pre-arranged events. 

If your dog is chipped, it will enable us to contact you in the event of your dog being found.

Saturday 13th September 2008 - Seaham Youth Centre, Strangford Road, Seaham

At the moment, this service is free to residents within the district.

How old does the dog need to be?

The dog should be at least three months old.

Can I have more than one dog microchipped?

Yes providing you are the owner of the dogs and live within the district.

How do I update registration details?

By completing the change of details form sent to you by the Dogs Trust or by telephoning Pet ID on 0870 6066751.
