It is the intention of the District Council of Easington to introduce a dog control order pursuant to it's powers under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 with effect from 1 April 2008.

A period of consultation will last until Friday 29 February 2008 and any comments or objections should be made in writing.
